At the end of each escape room experience, the game master snaps a photo and taps a button — AI transforms players into costumed characters in seconds. Guests walk away with a personalized, shareable keepsake. Live since March 2026.

When players call for a hint, the game master triggers the AIGM — which delivers the response in a themed, characterized voice, keeping players immersed in the experience. Built on a real-time automation backbone with live game state awareness. Autonomous camera-based monitoring is planned for a later phase.
TFI's inaugural development partner is The Escape Adventures, a multi-room escape venue in Richmond, VA. TEA provides the live deployment environment for hardware, AI systems, and product validation — in exchange for early access to TFI's platform.

Robert is a U.S. Army veteran, technologist, and entrepreneur with a background spanning Power Platform administration, LMS architecture, embedded systems, and game development. He founded TFI to build the AI-powered systems he wished existed — starting with the infrastructure that runs TFI itself.
